THE GUIDELINES
Guidelines are really just my observations from the literature that have shown to be scientifically significant.

1. Eat the majority of your carbs at dinner time (Article 3)
2. Manage stress hormones, especially Cortisol using relaxation, aerobic exercise that releases feel good endorphins (ARTICLE 6) and a higher consumption of monounsaturated fatty acids; intake of dietary fiber, vitamin C, and alcohol (ARTICLE 7)
